78% of Facebook’s Daily Users are Mobile – What Does this Mean for your Crisis Communications?

I’ve been talking a lot lately about mobile technology and your organization’s crisis communications, and this is yet another indication of the mass use of mobile devices in people’s daily lives.

The fact is, mobile devices are only going to continue to be more and more widely used. Have you checked your corporate website and blog analytics lately?  If you’re like many of us, you’ll notice that the number of viewers accessing your corporate online presence via their mobile device is continuing to grow.

So take this as (another) important wake up call. It’s time to embrace technology and assess how it can be used to benefit your organization in a crisis situation.
